1. Who we are

This website, peptovitalis.com, is operated by TODO S.R.L., a company with its registered office at TODO Street, no., Bucharest, Romania, Trade Register no. TODO J40/0000/2026, tax identification code (CUI) TODO, share capital TODO 200 RON (“we,” “us,” or “the Seller”).

In these terms, “you” or “the Buyer” means anyone who places an order through this website. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full and without reservation.

2. Definitions

• Product — a research peptide or related laboratory supply, sold for research use only.
• Batch — a uniform quantity of a Product manufactured and tested as a single unit, identified by the unique lot number printed on the label.
• Certificate of Analysis (COA) — the test report for a batch, which we publish and which anyone can look up by lot number.
• Research use — in vitro or analytical use, under laboratory conditions, by qualified personnel.

3. Who can buy from us

By placing an order, you confirm, on your own responsibility, that you:

• are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity;
• have the technical training needed to handle laboratory reagents safely;
• are buying the Products solely for scientific research or analytical use;
• will comply with all laws that apply where the Products are delivered and used.

You confirm these statements when you first enter the website and again at checkout, and we record each confirmation with the date and time. We may refuse or cancel any order if we have reasonable grounds to believe the Products will be used for any other purpose.

4. Research use only

Our Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. We hold no marketing authorization for these substances and make no therapeutic claims of any kind.

Scientific information on our product pages is provided for reference only. It is drawn from the published literature and is not a recommendation for use, an administration protocol, or medical advice. We do not provide human dosing information and do not respond to requests for it.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree:

• not to administer the Products to humans or animals;
• not to resell the Products to consumers or present them as medicines, supplements, or consumer goods;
• to follow the occupational health and safety rules that apply to handling chemical reagents;
• to store the Products as directed on the label and on the product page;
• to dispose of unused Products in line with laboratory waste regulations.

Once the Products are delivered, you are fully responsible for how they are used, and you agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from use that breaches these terms.

6. Orders and contract formation

Product listings on this website are an invitation to make an offer, not an offer in themselves. A contract is formed only when we expressly confirm your order. We may decline an order, in particular if an item is out of stock, a price is obviously wrong, or we have concerns about how the Products will be used.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro (EUR), pounds sterling (GBP) or US dollars (USD), in the currency you select, and include VAT where the company is VAT-registered. Shipping costs are not included in the order total: we calculate them after we confirm your order and tell you before we ship. Unless we tell you otherwise, payment is cash on delivery (COD), due when you receive your package.

8. Shipping

We ship with FAN Courier, within 1–3 business days of order confirmation, to addresses in Romania. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

When your package arrives, check that it is intact. Report any visible damage to the courier at the time of delivery by having a written damage report (proces-verbal) completed on the spot.

9. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the Products, without giving a reason, under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014 on consumer rights.

Important exception. Under art. 16(e) of OUG no. 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.

For that reason, we cannot accept returns of:

• opened vials, vials with a punctured septum, or vials with a broken seal;
• reconstituted solutions;
• Products that have been kept outside the stated storage temperature;
• Products missing their original packaging or with significantly damaged packaging.

To withdraw, send a clear statement of your decision to contact@peptovitalis.com. We will refund the payments we received within 14 days of being notified, using the same payment method unless we agree otherwise with you. You pay the cost of returning the Products.

10. Conformity and complaints

We are liable for any lack of conformity of the Products as provided by law. Complaints about quantity, identity, or purity must be submitted within 14 days of receipt, together with the lot number and photos of the label and packaging.

We publish the COA for every batch on our Verify a batch page. If an independent re-test by an accredited laboratory shows a significant difference from the published COA, we will cover the cost of that test and replace the Product or refund you.

11. Regulatory status

Our Products are sold as research reagents and are not authorized as medicinal products. Some substances in our catalog may be the same as the active substances of medicinal products authorized in the European Union; the product pages for those substances carry a separate regulatory notice.

You are responsible for checking the legal status of each substance in the jurisdiction where you receive and use it. We do not ship to countries where the sale of the substance in question is prohibited.

12. Limitation of liability

Products are supplied “as is,” without any express or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, other than conformity with the specifications in the batch’s COA.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Product concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damage resulting from use of the Products outside their stated intended use.

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Intellectual property

The PEPTOVITALIS name, design elements, text, and site structure belong to us and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

14. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”). For details, see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Your order is governed by the version in effect on the date you placed it. Updates are posted on this page with the version number and effective date.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably; if we cannot, it will be settled by the competent courts for the Seller’s registered office, subject to the mandatory jurisdiction rules that protect consumers.
