Packaging and storage

Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for the duration of transit, so we don’t ship on dry ice as standard. Every order is packed with protective cushioning and shipped in a plain, opaque box with no reference to its contents on the outside.

Store at −20 °C upon receipt. The expiration date printed on the label assumes storage under these conditions.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery (COD): pay the courier in cash or by card when your package arrives. We never ask for payment upfront, and we don’t store card details — we never receive them in the first place.

TODO: DECISION NEEDED. If you also want to accept card payments online, the realistic options in Romania are Netopia mobilPay, EuPlatesc, or Stripe. Note that payment processors have their own policies on “research chemicals” and may decline or close the account. Confirm with them before integrating, not after.

When your package arrives

Check that the package is intact while the courier is still there. If it is damaged, ask the courier to complete a written damage report (proces-verbal) on the spot — without one, a shipping damage claim is very hard to support later.

Once you open it, check the lot number on the label against its Certificate of Analysis on our Verify a batch page. It takes ten seconds, and it is the only way to confirm you received exactly what you ordered.

Returns

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days under your right of withdrawal. For hygiene and traceability reasons, opened vials cannot be returned. Full details are in our Returns Policy.
