Under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014 on consumer rights

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the day you receive the products, without giving a reason and without any penalty.

To do so, email contact@peptovitalis.com with a clear statement of your decision, including your order number and the products concerned. A simple email is enough.

When returns are NOT accepted

Under art. 16(e) of OUG no. 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not cover sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery. Research peptides supplied in sealed vials fall into this category.

In practice, this means we cannot accept returns of:

vials with a broken seal or a punctured septum;
reconstituted products, even if only partly used;
products kept outside the storage temperature stated on the label;
products without their original packaging, or with significantly damaged packaging;
opened supplies (bacteriostatic water, sterile water).

This is not a commercial decision; it is about traceability. Once a vial has been opened, we can no longer guarantee that it matches its batch’s Certificate of Analysis (COA), so it cannot go back into stock.

What you can return

Unopened products in their original packaging, within 14 days.
Items we shipped in error — at our expense.
Products damaged in transit, provided the damage was recorded on delivery in a written damage report (proces-verbal) with the courier.
Products that do not match their batch’s COA — see below.

Refunds

We refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of being notified of your withdrawal. We may hold the refund until we have received the products back or you have provided proof that you shipped them.

You pay for return shipping, unless we sent the wrong item or the product is non-conforming.

If a product does not match its COA

If you have reason to believe the product you received does not match the COA published for its batch, here is what to do:

Email us at contact@peptovitalis.com with the lot number printed on the label.
Send photos of the label, the vial, and the packaging.
If the case warrants it, we arrange an independent re-test at an accredited laboratory.
If the result differs significantly from the published COA, we cover the cost of the test and either replace your product or refund you in full.
