Reporting a problem with an order
Send us your order number, the lot number printed on the label, and photos of the vial and packaging. With those three things we can look into it right away; without them, it turns into needless back-and-forth.
Questions we can’t answer
We do not provide human dosing information, administration protocols, advice on
combining substances, or medical advice of any kind. This isn’t a business choice; it is
the legal boundary we operate within as a supplier of research reagents.
For any health concern, a doctor is the right person to ask.
Looking up a COA
You don’t need to email us for a batch’s Certificate of Analysis (COA) — it’s public on our Verify a batch page. Enter the lot number from your label and it appears instantly.
TODO: TO BE ADDED. A contact form needs a backend to receive
submissions. Until then, this page lists our direct contact details, which serves
customers better than a form nobody answers anyway.
